Refunds & Returns

Returning is simple.

If you aren’t happy with your purchase, please contact us and we’ll be happy to help.

Damaged or In-Correct Items 

On the rare occasion your product arrives damaged or not as described we will offer you a replacement item, or refund if the item is out of stock. We kindly ask you to return the item in it’s original packaging and provide photo evidence of any damage. We use photos as proof of damage when contacting our courier. This policy is offered in addition to your legal rights.

Please report any damages to us within 48 hours of receiving your order.

 

I’ve changed my mind about an item. 

We offer a 14 days return policy, if you change your mind about an item. Please return the unused item in it’s original packaging to us at:

Buyers are responsible for return postage costs. The item must be returned within 14 days from the moment you let us know. If the item is not returned in its original condition, the buyer is responsible for any loss in value. Please note: We only accept returns from the original buyer.
